CHECK-IN POLICY: Lighthouse Inn does require guest(s) on file for room reservation to check-in the room in person at the hotel front desk. Guest(s) on file must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid photo identification of themself and a valid form of payment to be pre-authorized for incidental charges and documented on file on the room. Party of guests(s) may be required to have valid photo identification on file of room as well. Only guest(s) on file of the room will receive access to room upon check-in and any time during stay.
FOR SPRING BREAK: All guests must be 18 years or older and present a photo identification of all guests(s) in the room to receive security identification bracelet(s) upon check-in. After 4 pm, rooms caught with extra unauthorized guests will be evicted with no refunds.

EARLY CHECK-IN FEE POLICY: Depending on room availability – Lighthouse Inn Guest(s) who desire to check-in before 3pm are subject to an early check-in fee. Early check-in begins at 11am.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations for overnight accommodation must be cancelled 72 hours prior to check-in date, via phone or email, to avoid a penalty fee equivalent to the first night’s room and tax as reserved. In the event that a reservation is not cancelled and goes unused, the reservation will be deemed as a “No-Show” and a penalty fee equivalent to the first night’s room and tax will apply. There are no refunds for any reason after check-in or for early departures. During special events or on particular dates, different cancellation terms may apply.

REPLACEMENT OF BRACELET POLICY (SPRING BREAK): Damaged or broken bracelets will be replaced free of charge if the bracelet is returned to the front desk along with your photo identification. Lost bracelets will be replaced for a $25.00 fee.

HOTEL FEES: At Lighthouse Inn we are committed to providing our guests with a seamless and transparent experience. A property service charge of $4.99 per night is applied to cover amenities such as pool access, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and other services provided during your stay. There is also a credit card surcharge of 3% for payments made by credit cards. All fees are disclosed at the time of booking and outlined in your reservation confirmation.
FOR SPRING BREAK: A damage deposit of $200 will be taken at registration

CHECK-OUT POLICY: Lighthouse Inn Guest(s) check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Damage deposits if taken will be refunded after inspection of the room. If guest(s) check-out before 7:00 a.m., cash damage deposit will be mailed to you after room inspection. Lighthouse Inn will not issue refunds for early departures or guest(s) eviction.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE POLICY: Lighthouse Inn does not offer daily housekeeping services. Housekeeping services will be offered to guest(s) who have requested services 24 hours in advance. Fresh towels, linen, soaps will be provided be provided upon request at any time. You are responsible for the towels and will be charged at check-out if towels or linens are missing or stained.

SMOKE-FREE HOTEL POLICY: Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel premises, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. Should you or your guests smoke in any room, a $300 cleaning fee will be assessed. This includes vaping and any other related activity which may or may not emit either an odor, smoke, or both.

PARKING POLICY: Lighthouse Inn is a self- park establishment. Each guest will be issued one (1) parking permit upon check-in. If guest vehicle does not have a parking permit it will be towed at the hotel’s expense.

PET POLICY:
  • Only domestic pets, like cats and dogs, are allowed to stay at the Lighthouse Inn for a non-refundable pet fee:
    • $35 daily fee per pet
    • $100 weekly fee per pet
    • $150 monthly fee per pet
    • $300 fee for any undeclared pets
  • Authorized service animals are not subject to a pet fee.
  • When you check in, let the front desk staff know you’ll have a pet in your room, any undeclared pets in the room will be assessed with a $300 cleaning fee.
  • While our rooms are spacious, no more than two (2) domestic pets are allowed per room.
  • If your room requires excessive cleaning, or if damages are incurred as a result of your pet’s actions, the hotel may charge for additional services and repairs.
  • Pet(s) must remain within your control at all times, either on a leash or in a carrier if outside your room.
  • Please contact the front desk to make arrangements with Housekeeping, for room cleaning. We suggest you schedule a time during the hotel’s normal cleaning schedule for us to clean while you are out and about. Because we can’t clean your room while you and your pet(s) are present.
  • In consideration for other guests, please clean up after your pet(s).
  • If your cat is staying with, you’ll need to provide a litter box.
  • We count on you to prevent your pet(s) from making excessive noise, being disruptive or aggressive to other guests.
  • If your pet is deemed dangerous, harmful, or disruptive, hotel management has sole discretion to require you to find other accommodations.

LOST & FOUND POLICY: Lighthouse Inn Guest(s) have 14 days after check-out date to claim any personal belongings left behind. After this time-frame hotel management will choose to discard any lost and found items at hotel’s expense.

DAMAGE POLICY:
  • DAMAGE AND / OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY: You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party, whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Lighthouse Inn reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details, or forfeit your security deposit of $200 as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit/debit card such amounts as it shall, at its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Lighthouse Inn as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right, and you hereby authorize us, to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
  • DAMAGE DISCOVERED AFTER CHECK-OUT: Guest Rooms found with waste scattered around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to a $200 maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.
  • DAMAGE TO ROOM: Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
  • DAMAGE TO MATTRESSES AND BEDDING: Damage to mattresses and linen including: towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges, for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.
  • DAMAGE OR TAMPERING WITH FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS / FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT: Lighthouse Inn reserves the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and will be evicted from the hotel. Depending on the severity of the guests’ actions, law enforcement may become involved at the hotel’s discretion. Should the fact that fire-fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.
  • INFESTATION: The cleanliness of our rooms is extremely important to us, and our guests. If you bring any infestation into your room or onto our hotel premises, we may charge you for any and all costs and expenses, including immediate or urgent response requirements and loss of room revenue, that we deem necessary to address the infestation.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ROOM FOR EVICTION OR EARLY DEPARTURES FOR ANY REASON
